PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with the need to control a specific switch to be opened or closed if it is determined whether deposition occurs to a positive-electrode switch or a negative-electrode switch provided in a charge circuit used to charge a storage battery mounted in a vehicle by means of an external charger.SOLUTION: While each of two capacitors connected in series is charged and switches are controlled to be closed, then it is determined whether deposition occurs to a positive-electrode switch on the basis of a detection result of a positive-electrode voltage sensor to which a voltage of one of the capacitors is applied if the positive-electrode switch is continuous, and it is determined whether deposition occurs to the positive-electrode switch on the basis of a detection result of a negative-electrode voltage sensor to which a voltage of the other capacity is applied if the negative-electrode switch is continuous.
【課題】車両に搭載された蓄電池を外部充電装置によって充電するときに用いられる充電回路に配設された正極側開閉器又は負極側開閉器に溶着が発生しているか否かを判定するとき、特定の開閉器の開閉制御を行う必要があった。【解決手段】直列接続された2つのコンデンサのそれぞれが充電され且つ開閉器が遮断状態に制御されているとき、正極側開閉器が導通状態であれば一方のコンデンサの電圧が印加される正極電圧センサの検出結果に基づいて正極側開閉器の溶着有無を判定し、負極側開閉器が導通状態であれば他方のコンデンサの電圧が印加される負極電圧センサの検出結果に基づいて正極側開閉器の溶着有無を判定する。【選択図】図1
