The invention relates to the technical field of electric power facility maintenance, in particular to a cable insulation recovery operation system and method based on unmanned aerial vehicle mounting, a pair of metal probes are connected to a structural frame of an existing insulation recovery tool, the metal probes are obliquely arranged, and the other ends of the metal probes point to the space below the insulation recovery tool; the control unit is provided with a main control module in communication connection with the cable position detection probe, the cable position detection probe comprises a cable position detection circuit connected with the metal probes, and when the two metal probes simultaneously fall at conductor exposed positions of a cable damage position, the cable position detection circuit is short-circuited and sends out a signal; the method determines that the insulation recovery tool arrives at the operation position, cooperates with a plurality of sensors to achieve detection of the position, posture and pressing force of the tool in the operation process, corrects the position of the tool through the unmanned aerial vehicle, controls the motion state of the push rod to adjust the posture and pressing force of the tool, and improves the efficiency and success rate of insulation recovery operation.

    本发明涉及电力设施维护技术领域,具体为基于无人机挂载的线缆绝缘恢复作业系统及方法,在既有绝缘恢复工具的结构框架上连接一对金属探针,金属探针倾斜布置,另一端指向绝缘恢复工具的下方空间;控制单元具有与线缆位置检测探针通信连接的主控模块,线缆位置检测探针包括与金属探针连接的线缆位置检测电路,两支金属探针同时落在线缆破损处的导体裸漏位置时,线缆位置检测电路短路并发出信号,确定绝缘恢复工具到达了作业位置,配合多个传感器实现作业过程中对工具的位置、姿态、压紧的力度的检测,通过无人机修正工具的位置,控制推杆的运动状态调整工具的姿态和压紧力,提高绝缘恢复作业的效率和成功率。
