The invention discloses an anti-collision early warning method and system for a building construction tower crane. The system comprises a first radar sensor, first environment detection equipment and a central control system. The method comprises the steps that a first distance is obtained, the first distance is used for representing the distance between a second tower crane and a first tower crane, and the first distance is determined according to a radar ranging signal obtained after a first radar sensor arranged on the first tower crane detects the second tower crane; acquiring environment detection data; performing correction processing on the obtained first distance by using environment detection data to obtain a second distance; and when the second distance is smaller than or equal to the early warning distance threshold value, outputting an early warning signal to the corresponding terminal equipment to execute a corresponding control strategy. By using the early warning scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the working efficiency can be improved, and the early warning accuracy is also improved, so that the working safety of the tower crane group is ensured. The scheme can be widely applied to building construction sites.

    本申请公开了一种建筑施工塔吊机防碰撞预警方法及系统,该系统包括第一雷达传感器、第一环境检测设备以及中控系统。该方法包括:获取第一距离,所述第一距离是用于表示第二塔吊机相对于第一塔吊机的距离,所述第一距离是由设置在第一塔吊机上的第一雷达传感器对第二塔吊机进行检测后得到的雷达测距信号而确定得出;获取环境检测数据;利用环境检测数据对获取得到的第一距离进行校正处理后得到第二距离;当第二距离小于等于预警距离阈值时,输出预警信号至对应的终端设备以执行相应的控制策略。通过使用本申请实施例的预警方案能够提高了工作效率,而且还提高预警精准度,从而保证塔吊机群工作的安全性。本申请方案可广泛应用于建筑施工场地中。
