The invention relates to the technical field of electric digital data processing, in particular to a tower crane mistaken collision early warning method and system in building construction, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the working state data of all tower cranes in the current building construction; performing data fitting on the tower crane rotation angular velocity sequence to obtain an initial tower crane track prediction result of each tower crane; based on the height value of the tower ratio corresponding to each tower crane, the distance value between the cargo hoisted by the tower crane and the tower table, the length of the tower arm of the tower crane and the initial tower crane track prediction result, determining the track section of each tower crane at the future moment; according to the track section of each tower crane, determining whether any two adjacent tower cranes have a mistaken collision risk or not; and when the collision risk exists, early warning is carried out in advance. According to the scheme, the collision risk between the tower cranes can be predicted in time in advance, so that effective measures are taken to reduce the collision risk.

    本发明涉及电数字数据处理技术领域,具体涉及建筑施工中塔吊误碰撞预警方法及系统,其获取当前建筑施工中所有塔吊的工作状态数据;对塔吊转动角速度序列进行数据拟合,得到各塔吊的初始塔吊轨迹预测结果;基于每个塔吊对应的塔比的高度值、塔吊所起吊货物与塔台之间的距离值以及塔吊的塔臂长度以及初始塔吊轨迹预测结果,确定未来时刻的各塔吊的轨迹段;根据各塔吊的轨迹段,确定任意两相邻塔吊是否存在误碰撞风险;当存在碰撞风险时,进行提前预警。即本发明的方案能够及时、提前地进塔吊之间的碰撞风险的预测,从而采取有效措施降低碰撞风险。
