The invention discloses a steel pipe pile transporting and overturning system based on a self-elevating platform and a using method thereof. The steel pipe pile transporting and overturning system comprises a bottom plate, an overturning auxiliary mechanism and a supporting plate I; a bottom plate is arranged on a deck of the self-elevating platform, the bottom plate horizontally and longitudinally moves on the self-elevating platform through a moving assembly I, and the overturning auxiliary mechanism is arranged on the deck of the self-elevating platform relative to the left side of the bottom plate. A plurality of steel pipe piles which are horizontally and transversely arranged are sequentially arranged on a bottom plate in the longitudinal direction, each steel pipe pile is sequentially sleeved with a plurality of hoisting assemblies at intervals in the axial direction of the steel pipe pile, supporting plates I are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the hoisting assemblies, of the bottom plate, and the hoisting assemblies are supported on the corresponding supporting plates I; and the supporting plate I does horizontal transverse reciprocating motion through the moving assembly II, the left end of the steel pipe pile is inserted into the overturning auxiliary mechanism, and then the right end of the corresponding steel pipe pile is hoisted through a crane of the self-elevating platform to overturn the steel pipe pile. The transportation stability of the steel pipe piles is ensured, and the steel pipe piles can be overturned one by one.

    本发明公开了一种基于自升式平台的钢管桩运输翻转系统及其使用方法,包括底板、翻转辅助机构和支撑板Ⅰ;在所述自升式平台甲板上设有底板,底板通过移动组件Ⅰ在自升式平台上水平纵向运动,且翻转辅助机构设置在自升式平台甲板上相对于底板左侧;数个水平横向设置的钢管桩沿纵向依次设置在底板上,且在每一个钢管桩上沿其轴向依次间隔套接设有数个吊装组件,并在底板上相对于吊装组件位置设有支撑板Ⅰ,吊装组件支承在对应支撑板Ⅰ上,且支撑板Ⅰ通过移动组件Ⅱ做水平横向往复运动,并将钢管桩左端插接在翻转辅助机构内,再通过自升式平台的吊机起吊对应钢管桩的右端来进行钢管桩翻转。本发明确保钢管桩运输稳定性,并可对钢管桩进行逐一翻转。
