The invention discloses a method for automatically dismantling a tail-slipping steel wire rope during overturning of a hoisted steel pipe pile, the steel pipe pile is located on a transport ship, a first main hook of a crane ship is connected with the upper end of a first lifting belt, the lower end of the first lifting belt is hung on a lifting lug of the steel pipe pile, and a second main hook of the crane ship is connected with the upper end of a second lifting belt; the tail slipping steel wire rope is connected to the lower end of the second lifting belt through a remote control pin disengaging mechanism, and tail slipping pliers are installed at the other end of the tail slipping steel wire rope and connected to the tail end of the steel pipe pile. The remote control pin disengaging mechanism comprises an electromechanical control system, a shackle and a hydraulic pin shaft, the hydraulic pin shaft is installed at the moving end of the electromechanical control system, and the shackle is fixedly connected with the hydraulic pin shaft; the electromechanical control system is arranged to control the hydraulic pin shaft to stretch out and draw back, so that the tail slipping steel wire rope is separated from the shackle, the tail slipping steel wire rope does not need to be disassembled manually, the personal safety of operators under the high-altitude and seaborne severe environment conditions is guaranteed, and meanwhile the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种吊装钢管桩翻身时自动拆除溜尾钢丝绳的方法,钢管桩位于运输船上,起重船的第一主钩连接第一吊带的上端,第一吊带的下端挂在钢管桩的吊耳上,起重船的第二主钩连接第二吊带的上端,溜尾钢丝绳通过遥控脱销机构连接在第二吊带的下端,溜尾钢丝绳的另一端安装溜尾钳,溜尾钳连接在所述钢管桩的尾端;遥控脱销机构包括机电控制系统、卸扣和液压销轴,机电控制系统的运动端安装液压销轴,卸扣和所述液压销轴固定连接;本发明中通过设置机电控制系统控制液压销轴的伸缩,从而实现所述溜尾钢丝绳与卸扣的脱离,进而不需人工来进行拆除所述溜尾钢丝绳的操作保证了在高空及海上恶劣环境的条件下操作人员的人身安全,同时提高了工作效率。
