The invention relates to a polar region ship energy-saving anti-freezing system which comprises a compressor unit pipeline circulating system, a refrigerant water pipeline circulating system and a heating medium water pipeline circulating system, and the compressor unit pipeline circulating system is connected with the refrigerant water pipeline circulating system and the heating medium water pipeline circulating system to jointly drive the anti-freezing system to operate. The compressor unit pipeline circulation system is composed of a compressor unit pipeline main circulation loop and a compressor unit pipeline auxiliary circulation loop. And an automatic control device is arranged, and heat in the anti-freezing system is driven to be transferred to the anti-freezing equipment side from the heating cabin side and the domestic sewage side through common operation of the compressor, the refrigerant water pipeline circulating system and a refrigerant and heat medium water pump in the heating medium water pipeline circulating system, so that the heating requirement of the anti-freezing equipment is met through waste heat of the ship. Waste energy of polar region ships is actively allocated and reasonably utilized through the anti-freezing system, firstly, the anti-freezing effect of equipment is guaranteed, secondly, the temperature of heating cabins of the ships is guaranteed, and finally, energy consumption of anti-freezing expenditure is reduced as much as possible.

    本发明涉及一种极地船节能防冻系统,包括压缩机组管路循环系统、冷媒水管路循环系统和热媒水管路循环系统,压缩机组管路循环系统连接冷媒水管路循环系统和热媒水管路循环系统来共同驱动防冻系统运行,压缩机组管路循环系统由压缩机组管路主循环回路和压缩机组管路辅循环回路组成;并设有自控装置,通过压缩机和冷媒水管路循环系统和热媒水管路循环系统中的冷热媒水泵共同运行驱动防冻系统内部的热量由发热舱室侧和生活污水侧迁移到防冻设备侧,从而利用船舶废热实现防冻设备的加热需求。通过该防冻系统主动调配极地船舶的废弃能量并合理利用,首先保证设备的防冻效果,其次保证船舶发热舱室的温度,最后尽可能降低防冻支出的能源消耗。
