The invention belongs to the field of underwater navigation equipment, and particularly relates to an underwater jet generator, underwater navigation equipment and a control method thereof.The underwater jet generator comprises a cavity and a vibrating diaphragm, and the cavity comprises a gas containing cavity and a liquid containing cavity which are communicated with each other from top to bottom; the vibrating diaphragm is arranged in the gas containing cavity, and the vibrating diaphragm vibrates to compress or expand the volume of the gas containing cavity; and the cavity is provided with a jet flow outlet in the liquid accommodating cavity. According to the underwater jet generator provided by the invention, the jet intensity and the jet speed of the underwater jet generator are improved on the basis of reducing the energy consumption.
