The invention relates to a liquid cooling flow detection method and a liquid cooling interaction control system, and the method comprises the steps: driving a liquid cooling interaction system to work to enable a cooling liquid to start to circulate under the condition that the liquid cooling interaction system and a target vehicle end construct a circulation loop; acquiring flow data of the cooling liquid at each section of the circulation loop; and the liquid leakage state of the circulation loop is determined according to the flow data of all the sections. By adopting the method, the problem that the liquid cooling interaction process of the charging pile and the automobile is difficult to detect can be solved.
