The invention provides a liquid cooling pipeline leakage detection method, a liquid cooling system and a charging pile, the charging pile comprises a pile body and the liquid cooling system, and the liquid cooling system comprises a heat dissipation unit and a circulation pipeline; the heat dissipation unit comprises a first electric valve, a second electric valve, and a pump, an expansion water tank, an expansion hose and a radiator which are connected between the first electric valve and the second electric valve; the circulating pipeline comprises an outlet water distributor, a charging gun and a return water distributor; and the circulating pipeline is provided with a pressure sensor. The leakage detection method comprises the following steps: pre-treating the circulation pipeline, and removing air in the circulation pipeline; regulating and controlling the internal pressure of the circulating pipeline to P and then locking; and after the locking state of the circulation pipeline is kept for a first preset duration S, whether the pressure drop P in the circulation pipeline exceeds a preset threshold value or not is detected, and the leakage condition is judged according to the result. The liquid cooling system can simultaneously realize leakage detection of the whole circulating pipeline, is high in detection reliability and low in cost, and can reduce the occupied volume of the liquid cooling system.
