The invention relates to the technical field of power battery pack fastening, and discloses a power battery pack fastening bolt structure with a quick change function, which comprises an automobile chassis, a power battery pack, a fixing assembly, a driving assembly and a locking assembly, and is characterized in that the power battery pack is positioned in the automobile chassis; the fixing assembly, the driving assembly and the locking assembly are located in the power battery pack; the bolt is screwed off, then the cover plate is pulled downwards through the easy-to-pull groove in the bottom of the cover plate to drive the positioning column to be separated from the power battery pack, then the hand wheel can be reversely rotated to enable the internal thread sliding block to drive the insertion plate to be separated from the insertion groove of the automobile chassis, and therefore the power battery pack can be unlocked from a battery cabin of the automobile chassis. Furthermore, the power battery pack is moved downwards to finish the disassembly work, so that the quick change effect of the power battery pack is realized; and through the self-locking property of the worm gear and the worm, the stability of the plugboard can be ensured, so that the mounting stability of the power battery pack is improved.

    本发明涉及动力电池包紧固技术领域,且公开了一种具有快换功能的动力电池包紧固螺栓结构,包括汽车底盘、动力电池包、固定组件、驱动组件和锁定组件,其特征在于:所述动力电池包位于汽车底盘的内部,所述固定组件、驱动组件和锁定组件位于动力电池包的内部;通过将螺栓旋下,然后通过盖板的底部的易拉槽将盖板向下拉动带动定位柱与动力电池包分离,然后便可反向转动手轮使内螺纹滑块带动插板与汽车底盘的插槽分离,以此便可将动力电池包从汽车底盘的电池舱内解锁,进而向下移动动力电池包便可完成拆卸工作,从而实现动力电池包的快换效果;通过蜗轮蜗杆的自锁性,可以保证插板的稳定性,以此提高动力电池包的安装稳定性。
