The invention discloses a locking mechanism of a battery pack quick-change device and a quick-change system for a battery pack. The locking mechanism comprises a plurality of locking blocks and a plurality of locking pins, the locking mechanism further comprises a linkage structure and a contact block, the linkage structure is constructed to be a long-strip-shaped linkage rod arranged above the locking mechanism, the linkage rod and the multiple lock pins of the locking mechanism are arranged to be connected in a pivoted mode around a lock pin connecting structure, the linkage structure is arranged to be capable of driving the multiple lock pins to act synchronously so that each lock pin can open or close the corresponding locking groove, and when a battery pack mounting column enters theinlet section of the locking groove of each locking block or is close to a spring bolt part, the contact block drives the linkage structure to move upwards under the driving of quick-change equipmentso as to enable the corresponding lock pin to open the corresponding locking groove. According to the locking structure, the unlocking speed is high, the efficiency is high, and the reliability is good.

    本发明公开了一种用于电池包快换装置的锁止机构以及用于电池包的快换系统,锁止机构包括:多个锁止块和多个锁销;锁止机构还包括:联动结构,所述联动结构构造为设置在锁止机构上方的长条形的联动杆,所述联动杆与所述锁止机构的多个锁销设置成围绕锁销连接结构枢转相连,且所述联动结构设置成能够带动所述多个锁销同步动作以使每个所述锁销可打开或关闭对应的锁止槽;接触块,当电池包安装柱进入所述锁止块的锁止槽的进口段或靠近锁舌部时,所述接触块在快换设备驱动下带动所述联动结构向上运动以使所述锁销打开所述锁止槽。根据本发明的锁止结构的解锁速度快、效率高,可靠性好。
