The invention provides a locking structure assembly and a quick-change mechanism battery pack installation device, and relates to the technical field of electric automobiles, the locking structure assembly comprises a lock pin assembly and a lock body assembly which are connected in a matched mode, and the lock pin assembly moves along the axis relative to the lock body assembly and is switched between a locking state and an unlocking state; the lock body assembly is provided with a ball and a pneumatic assembly structure, and the pneumatic assembly structure is connected with the first pneumatic element; the lock pin assembly is provided with a sunken part which is sunken in the direction perpendicular to the axis. When the pneumatic assembly structure receives gas with first preset pressure sent by the first pneumatic element, the balls are clamped in the sunken parts, and the lock pin assembly is in a locked state relative to the lock body assembly. And when the pneumatic assembly structure receives the gas with the second preset pressure sent by the first pneumatic element, the ball is separated from the sunken part, and the lock pin assembly is in an unlocking state relative to the lock body assembly. According to the scheme, rapid unlocking and locking of the battery pack are achieved, and the processing efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供了一种锁止结构总成和快换机构电池包安装装置,涉及电动汽车技术领域,所述锁止结构总成包括:配合连接的锁销总成和锁体总成,锁销总成相对于锁体总成沿轴线运动,在锁止状态和解锁状态之间切换;锁体总成设置有滚珠和气动总成结构,气动总成结构与第一气动元件连接;锁销总成上设置有向与轴线垂直的方向凹陷的凹陷部;其中,气动总成结构接收第一气动元件发送的第一预设压力的气体时,滚珠卡设于凹陷部之内,锁销总成相对于锁体总成处于锁止状态;气动总成结构接收第一气动元件发送的第二预设压力的气体时,滚珠与凹陷部相分离,锁销总成相对于锁体总成处于解锁状态。本发明的方案实现了电池包的快速解锁和锁止,提高了处理效率。
