The invention relates to the technical field of hydro-pneumatic suspensions, in particular to a variable damping valve bank, a variable damping suspension and a dumper. The variable damping valve bank is characterized in that a plurality of one-way valves connected in parallel are arranged on a first branch; a plurality of fixed damping valves connected in parallel are arranged on the second branch; the third branch is provided with a plurality of damping one-way valves connected in parallel, and the damping one-way valves are used for controlling one-way circulation of the oil from the liquid inlet to the liquid return opening through the third branch when preset pressure is reached and generating second damping force when the oil circulates. By connecting the damping one-way valves in parallel and matching with the fixed damping valves, when the movement speed of the suspension is high, different levels of pressure can be generated, so that the damping one-way valves are opened step by step, and variable damping force is provided for the suspension; when the movement speed of the suspension is low, the fixed damping valve can provide fixed damping force, and it is guaranteed that when the suspension is low in speed, relatively large damping force is obtained.

    本申请涉及油气悬架技术领域,尤其涉及一种变阻尼阀组、变阻尼悬架及自卸车,该变阻尼阀组包括:第一支路上设有若干并联的单向阀;第二支路上设有若干并联的固定阻尼阀;第三支路上设有若干并联的阻尼单向阀,阻尼单向阀用于当达到预设压力时,控制油液从进液口经第三支路到回液口单向流通,并使油液流通时产生第二阻尼力。通过并联阻尼单向阀,并搭配固定阻尼阀,实现当悬架运动速度较快时,会产生不同等级的压力,从而逐级开启阻尼单向阀,为悬架提供变化的阻尼力;当悬架运动速度较慢时,固定阻尼阀能够提供固定阻尼力,保障悬架低速时,获得相对较大的阻尼力。
