The invention relates to the technical field of ship long shafting, and discloses a ship long shafting longitudinal damping device which comprises a ship shafting, a damping mechanism and an adjusting mechanism are arranged below the ship shafting, and the damping mechanism is located on the surface of the adjusting mechanism; the vibration reduction mechanism comprises a supporting assembly and a vibration reduction assembly. The damping assembly is located on the surface of the supporting assembly. Different positions of the ship shafting are supported by two supporting frames and two connecting ring plates through the vibration reduction mechanism and the supporting assembly, so that the vibration reduction positions of the ship shafting are increased, the ship shafting makes contact with the connecting ring plates, when the ship shafting vibrates, the vibration reduction frequency band obtained by the connecting ring plates is wide, high, medium and low frequency vibration of the ship shafting is well considered, and the vibration reduction effect is good. The device is simple in structure and suitable for being applied to complex vibration working conditions, the vibration reduction assembly achieves the vibration reduction effect on the supporting plate through the damping performance of the damper and the acting force of the spring, and therefore the vibration reduction effect on the ship shafting is achieved, and the longitudinal vibration reduction effect of the device on the ship long shafting is improved.

    本发明涉及船舶长轴系技术领域,且公开了一种船舶长轴系纵向减振装置,包括船舶轴系,船舶轴系下方设置有减振机构和调节机构,所述减振机构位于调节机构表面;所述减振机构包括支撑组件和减振组件;减振组件位于支撑组件表面。通过减振机构,支撑组件利用两个支撑架和两个连接环板对船舶轴系不同位置进行支持,从而增加船舶轴系的减振位置,船舶轴系与连接环板接触,使得船舶轴系振动时,连接环板获得的减振频带较宽,很好的兼顾船舶轴系的高中低频振动,适合运用于复杂的振动工况下,减振组件利用阻尼器自身的阻尼性和弹簧作用力对支撑板起到减振效果,从而对船舶轴系起到减振效果,提高该装置对船舶长轴系纵向减振效果。
