The invention provides a ship shafting centering device, which is used for centering various propulsion shafting of a ship, and comprises an infrared sensor, a supporting seat, an adjustment execution device, an electric/hydraulic control unit, a control station and a measuring point feedback signal device. The infrared sensors are arranged at the upper end part and the side end part of a main shaft section flange of the ship, and the measuring point feedback signal devices are arranged at the same angle of the to-be-measured shaft section flange; measurement data information between the main shaft section flange and the outer circle of the to-be-measured shaft section flange is transmitted to a control station in real time. The control station displays an actually measured data value in real time, compares an actually measured deviation value and an actually measured opening value with a standard range value, and judges whether the actually measured deviation value and the actually measured opening value meet the standard or not; if deviation exists in the standard range, an adjusting instruction is given to each adjusting execution device according to deviation value analysis. According to the technical scheme, the efficiency and accuracy of the ship shafting centering process can be improved, the centering construction period is shortened, and the centering precision is improved.
本发明提供一种船舶轴系对中装置,用于船舶各种推进轴系的对中,包括:红外传感器、支撑座、调节执行装置、电/液控制单元、控制站和测点反馈信号装置。红外传感器设置于船舶的主轴段法兰的上端部和侧端部,在待测轴段法兰的相同角度上安装测点反馈信号装置;主轴段法兰与待测轴段法兰外圆间的测量数据信息实时传输至控制站。控制站实时显示实际测量的数据值,对实际测量的偏移值、开口值与标准范围值进行比较,判断是否符合标准;若与标准范围存在偏差,根据偏差值分析给出调整指令到各个调节执行装置。本发明技术方案,能够提高船舶轴系对中过程的效率和准确性,缩短对中施工周期,提高对中精度。
