The invention provides a battery charging system, method and device based on an unmanned wharf and a storage medium, and the system comprises a power battery management module which is connected with a battery pack with a lithium iron phosphate battery for data interaction, and the battery pack is internally provided with a storage medium for storing charging times; the charger is provided with a communication end and a charging end, and the charging end is used for charging the battery pack; the controller is connected with the charger and the power battery management module, the controller obtains the number of times of charging of the battery pack through the power battery management module, and when the SOC parameter of the residual electric quantity meets a preset charging end threshold value, a preset simulation residual electric quantity parameter is continuously sent to the charger so that the charger can continue to charge the battery pack; and after the electric quantity of the battery pack is fully charged, carrying out SOC calibration on the residual electric quantity, and discharging the battery pack through a discharge resistor. According to the invention, regular electric quantity calibration of the automatic guided vehicle adopting the lithium iron phosphate material cell can be realized, and the operation stability of the automatic guided vehicle is enhanced.

    本发明提供了基于无人码头的电池充电系统、方法、设备及存储介质,该系统包括:动力电池管理模块,连接具有磷酸铁锂电池的电池包进行数据交互,电池包内置储存充电次数的储存介质;充电机,具有通信端和充电端,充电端用于向电池包充电;控制器,分别连接充电机和动力电池管理模块,控制器通过动力电池管理模块获得电池包的充电次数,当剩余电量SOC参数满足预设充电结束阈值时,将一预设模拟剩余电量参数持续发送到充电机,令其继续向电池包充电,直到电池包的电量充满后进行剩余电量SOC校准,通过放电电阻对电池包进行放电。本发明能够实现对采用磷酸铁锂材质电芯的自动导引小车的定期电量校准,增强自动导引小车的运行稳定性。
