The system can comprise a parking apron which is arranged in a first area of a vehicle rear hopper and used for parking an unmanned aerial vehicle, and the parking apron is provided with a charging area; the controller is arranged on the vehicle and is used for sending a charging instruction under the condition of determining that the unmanned aerial vehicle is parked in the charging area and has a charging demand; and the energy transmitting device is arranged in a second area of the rear hopper of the vehicle and used for transmitting electric quantity to the unmanned aerial vehicle under the condition that the charging instruction is received. According to the technical scheme, intelligent control over the charging process of the unmanned aerial vehicle by the vehicle can be achieved, the safety and convenience of charging of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be improved, and meanwhile the charging efficiency of the unmanned aerial vehicle is greatly improved.
