The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, and particularly discloses a preparation method of a high-performance rubber material for automobile tires, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing antioxidant RD graft modified graphene oxide; preparing modified titanium oxide/silicon oxide powder; preparing modified carbon black; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding natural rubber, butadiene rubber and butadiene styrene rubber into an internal mixer for primary mixing, heating, adding stearic acid, zinc oxide, antioxidant RD grafted modified graphene oxide, modified titanium oxide/silicon oxide powder, modified carbon black and a plasticizer for secondary mixing, cooling, adding a vulcanization accelerator and sulfur, carrying out thin-passing on a rubber material, carrying out triangular package, and carrying out sheet discharging to obtain a finished product. Placing the rubber material for 10-20 hours, and finally vulcanizing the rubber material on a plate vulcanizing machine to obtain the high-performance rubber material for the automobile tire. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple to operate and mild in condition, and the prepared rubber material is excellent in tensile property, high in hardness and excellent in wear resistance.
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体公开了一种汽车轮胎用高性能橡胶材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:制备抗氧剂RD接枝改性氧化石墨烯;制备改性氧化钛/氧化硅粉末;制备改性炭黑;将天然橡胶、顺丁橡胶和丁苯橡胶加入到密炼机中进行一次混炼,升温后加入硬脂酸、氧化锌、抗氧剂RD接枝改性氧化石墨烯、改性氧化钛/氧化硅粉末、改性炭黑、增塑剂进行二次混炼,降温后加入硫化促进剂和硫磺,将胶料薄通后再打三角包,出片,胶料停放10‑20h,最后胶料在平板硫化机上进行硫化,得汽车轮胎用高性能橡胶材料。本发明提供的制备方法操作简单,条件温和,制得的橡胶材料不仅拉伸性能优异,且硬度大,耐磨性能佳。
