The invention discloses a high-temperature resistant rubber material for automobile tires. The high-temperature resistant rubber material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5-1.5 parts of sulfur powder, 50-70 parts of butyl rubber, 40-50 parts of compounded intercalation modified powder, 25-35 parts of waste butyl rubber inner tubes, 20-25 parts of brominated butyl rubber, 3-5 parts of polyacrylonitrile fibers, 2-5 parts of aromatic hydrocarbon oil, 2-3 parts of N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, 1-3 parts of bisphenol A, 1-2 parts of accelerant DM, 0.5-2 parts of gum arabic, 0.5-2 parts of carbon black and 1-3 parts of zinc oxide. According to the rubber material disclosed by the invention, the proportioning of all the raw materials is reasonable, the high-temperature resistance is good, and the production cost is low.
