The invention relates to the technical field of anti-derailment protection, in particular to an anti-derailment protection device which comprises a buffer assembly, a hinge assembly, an H-shaped plate, a suspension rail trolley, a side baffle and a power-off control assembly, the suspension rail trolley is suspended on a rail, the side portion of the suspension rail trolley is fixedly installed on the side wall of the H-shaped plate, the H-shaped plate is connected with the buffer assembly through the hinge assembly, and the buffer assembly is connected with the side baffle through the side baffle. The suspension rail trolley is arranged on the side wall of the H-shaped plate, side baffles are symmetrically installed at the positions, located below the suspension rail trolley, of the side wall of the H-shaped plate, a power-off control assembly is arranged on the inner sides of the side baffles, and the power-off control assembly is fixedly connected to the end of the buffer assembly. When movement is blocked or derailment is about to occur, the rail crane can be powered off and shut down in time, meanwhile, under the action of the buffering assembly, the rail crane can be prevented from being damaged, and the safety of the rail crane in the operation process is improved.

    本发明涉及防掉道保护技术领域,具体说是一种防掉道保护装置,包括缓冲组件、铰接组件、H形板、悬轨小车、侧挡板和断电控制组件,所述的轨道上悬挂有悬轨小车,悬轨小车侧部固定安装在H形板侧壁上,H形板通过铰接组件连接有缓冲组件,H形板侧壁且位于悬轨小车下方的位置对称安装有侧挡板,侧挡板内侧设置有断电控制组件,断电控制组件固定连接在缓冲组件端头,通过在轨吊车侧部设置能够相互配合的缓冲组件和断电控制组件,使得轨吊车在正常运行过程中,若出现移动受阻或快要脱轨时能够及时断电停机,同时在缓冲组件的作用下,能够避免轨吊车出现损坏,提高了轨吊车作业过程中的安全性。
