The invention discloses anti-derailing mounting racks and a locomotive anti-derailing structure. The locomotive anti-derailing structure comprises vehicle wheels, the vehicle wheels are arranged on rails of a sleeper beam in a matched mode, an axle box body is arranged at the outer side of each vehicle wheel, each anti-derailing mounting rack is installed at the bottom end of the corresponding axle box body, each anti-derailing mounting rack comprises a rack body, each rack body is an integral whole which is mainly formed by smoothly and sequentially connecting an inclined section, an arc-shaped section and a horizontal section, each inclined section is inclined toward the slanting lower portion of the outer side of the corresponding vehicle wheel, an anti-derailing wheel is movably installed on each horizontal section of the rack body, and the anti-derailing wheels are located below the sleeper beam. The anti-derailing mounting racks and the locomotive anti-derailing structure are simple in structure, reasonable in design, low in weight and convenient to install and demount. Massive load when a vehicle derails and topples can be borne. The mounting racks are inclined toward the outer sides of the rails, and the mounting racks can be prevented from colliding with the sleeper beam when the vehicle derails and topples.
