The invention discloses a connecting device of an electric cylinder and an undercarriage, and relates to the technical field of electric cylinder disassembly, the connecting device of the electric cylinder and the undercarriage comprises a connecting piece, a rotating seat and a moving piece, the connecting piece is arranged at the bottom of the undercarriage, the rotating seat is arranged at the bottom of the connecting piece and is rotatably connected with the connecting piece, and the moving piece is arranged on the rotating seat. The moving part is rotationally connected with the rotating seat, the moving part is further connected with an electric cylinder, when the rotating seat rotates to a first position, the moving part is connected with the rotating seat so as to enable the electric cylinder to be connected with the undercarriage, and when the rotating seat rotates to a second position, the moving part is connected with the electric cylinder so as to enable the electric cylinder to be connected with the undercarriage. According to the undercarriage, the moving part is separated from the rotating seat, so that the electric cylinder is separated from the undercarriage, pin shaft connection is replaced by connection of the rotating seat and the moving part, the difficulty in the mounting and dismounting process is reduced, the labor intensity of operators is also reduced, and the maintenance and replacement efficiency of the undercarriage is improved.
