The invention discloses a connecting device for vibration reduction between an undercarriage and a fuselage. The connecting device comprises a first mounting pipe, a second mounting pipe, an oil gas buffer, a coupler, a sliding pipe, a lead screw nut and a lead screw. The first mounting pipe and the second mounting pipe are symmetrically fixed to the two sides of the undercarriage supporting column. A mounting hole is formed in a single lug of the machine body; the oil gas buffer is fixed in the first mounting pipe, the lead screw nut is fixed in the second mounting pipe, and the lead screw is in threaded connection with the lead screw nut; the sliding pipe is in sliding connection with the mounting hole, one end of the sliding pipe extends into the first mounting pipe and is coaxially and fixedly connected with a piston rod of the oil gas buffer through the coupler, and the other end of the sliding pipe extends into the second mounting pipe and is coaxially and fixedly connected with the lead screw. According to the principle of the ball screw, rotation buffeting of the undercarriage around the connecting shaft is converted into axial movement of the connecting shaft, buffeting energy of the undercarriage is absorbed through the oil gas buffer at the tail end of the shaft, vibration of the undercarriage is reduced, and the system stability of the undercarriage is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于起落架与机身之间减振的连接装置,包含第一安装管、第二安装管、油气缓冲器、联轴器、滑管、丝杠螺母和丝杠;第一安装管、第二安装管对称固定在起落架支柱的两侧;机身的单耳上设有安装孔;油气缓冲器固定在第一安装管内,丝杠螺母固定在第二安装管内,丝杠和所述丝杠螺母螺纹相连;滑管和安装孔滑动连接,一端伸入第一安装管内、通过所述联轴器和油气缓冲器的活塞杆同轴固连,另一端伸入第二安装管内和所述丝杠同轴固连。本发明利用滚珠丝杠的原理,将起落架绕连接轴的旋转抖振转化为连接轴的轴向运动,通过轴末端的油气缓冲器吸收起落架抖振能量,减小起落架振动,提高起落架系统稳定性。
