Connection between the fuselage and the undercarriage is achieved through the main undercarriage mounting plate, the front undercarriage mounting auxiliary base plate and the actuator cylinder mounting support, in the connecting process, the position of the undercarriage is adjusted under the cooperation of the electric folding and unfolding device and the laser gradienter, and meanwhile the electric push rod, the second supporting rod and the first supporting rod are used in cooperation with connection, so that the undercarriage is more stable. The mounting angle of the undercarriage is controlled, operability is convenient and fast, the design and manufacturing period is short, manufacturing and mounting of the structure are completed more quickly, and compared with traditional tool positioning and mounting of the undercarriage, the production cost is greatly saved.
本发明提供一种无人机机身与起落架连接结构以及连接方法,包括主起落架安装板、前起落架安装辅助垫板和作动筒安装支座,所述主起落架安装板胶接于机身上,所述主起落架安装板一侧固定连接有多个主起落架安装支座,所述主起落架安装支座通过螺栓与起落架连接固定。本发明通过主起落架安装板、前起落架安装辅助垫板和作动筒安装支座实现机身与起落架之间的连接,且连接过程中,在电动收放装置与激光水平仪配合下,调整起落架的位置,同时配合电动推杆、第二支杆和第一支杆之间的连接使用,控制起落架的安装角度,具有较为便捷的操作性,且设计制造周期短,更快速的完成结构的制造与安装,与传统的工装定位安装起落架相比,极大的节约了生产成本。
