The wet-type wheel side braking structure comprises an axle package assembly, and a left half shaft and a right half shaft which extend leftwards and rightwards are arranged in the axle package assembly; rim assemblies are arranged at the tail ends of the left half shaft and the right half shaft, wheel edge assemblies are fixed to the tail ends of the rim assemblies, braking assemblies are arranged in the rim assemblies, and the braking assemblies are matched with the left half shaft/the right half shaft and the wheel edge assemblies to achieve vehicle braking; the brake assembly at least internally comprises a stepped piston assembly, and the piston assembly enables brake pressure to be rapidly established and reduces the overcharge phenomenon. The brake safety performance is greatly improved, and meanwhile compared with the design that an existing brake is designed in the middle of an axle package, and the whole brake must be detached during maintenance or seal replacement, the brake is more convenient and easy to maintain.

    本发明公开了一种湿式轮边制动结构,包括桥包总成,所述桥包总成的内部设置有分别向左右延伸的左半轴以及右半轴;左半轴以及右半轴的末端均设置有轮辋总成,在轮辋总成的末端固定有轮边总成,所述轮辋总成的内部设置有制动总成,所述制动总成与所述左半轴/右半轴以及轮边总成相配合,以实现车辆制动;所述制动总成内至少包括阶梯式活塞总成,所述活塞总成使制动压力能够快速建立,且减少过充现象。本发明极大提高了制动安全性能,同时相较于现有的制动器设计在桥包中间,在进行维修或者更换密封时必须将整根拆下的设计,更加方便,易于维护。
