The invention discloses a vehicle speed measuring method based on image instantaneous motion light flow, and relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic management and control. A camera records a traffic stream video and obtains a plurality of continuous frames of images from the video, and vehicle feature point representative position information in the images is obtained through a target detection model; extracting pixel-level motion information of each frame of image through a dense optical flow estimation model, constructing a vehicle driving optical flow field in combination with position information, and mapping the vehicle driving optical flow field to a next frame of image to predict vehicle position information in a time-space domain; constructing a vehicle driving distance measurement model to calculate the vehicle driving distance; and calculating the instantaneous driving speed of the vehicle according to the driving distance of the vehicle and the video frame rate of the camera. The position information of the vehicle in the image is obtained through the target detection model, the position of the vehicle in the next frame image is predicted through the dense optical flow estimation model, the vehicle driving distance measurement model is constructed, the speed of the vehicle is calculated in combination with the frame rate, the ID switching problem during vehicle tracking is avoided, and high accuracy is achieved.
一种基于图像瞬时运动光流的车速测量方法,涉及智能交通管理与控制技术领域。相机录制车流视频并从中获取连续的若干帧图像,通过目标检测模型得到图像中的车辆特征点代表位置信息;通过稠密光流估计模型提取每一帧图像的像素级运动信息,结合位置信息构建车辆行驶光流场,并映射至下一帧图像以预测时空域中的车辆位置信息;构建车辆行驶距离测量模型计算车辆行驶距离;根据车辆的行驶距离以及相机的视频帧率计算车辆行驶的瞬时速度。通过目标检测模型得到图像中车辆的位置信息,通过稠密光流估计模型预测车辆在下一帧图像中的位置,构建车辆行驶距离测量模型并结合帧率计算车辆的速度,避免车辆跟踪时的ID切换问题,具有较高的精确度。
