The invention provides a traffic accident vehicle speed measuring method based on a vehicle-mounted video image. The method mainly includes: calculating the speed of a vehicle in an automobile data recorder according to an image processing technology, and calculating the speed of the vehicle through the movement of a lane line endpoint in a picture; calculating the absolute displacement of the target relative to the ground through the target vehicle position and the lane line endpoint position in the picture; calibrating an image by using a vanishing point method, converting a pixel position into a world coordinate position, finally obtaining the time through a frame rate, and calculating a target speed through a slope of a time-displacement curve. The method belongs to a later speed measurement process, the calculation process does not need any information of the camera, calculation is carried out only through markers such as lane lines of the road surface in the image, the method can be applied to speed measurement of videos shot by a vehicle-mounted camera without a speed measurement function, and the method is wide in application range, high in measurement precision and flexible and convenient to operate.

    本发明提出了一种基于车载视频图像的交通事故车速测量方法,主要根据图像处理技术来计算行车记录仪中车辆的速度,通过画面中车道线端点的移动计算车辆自身的速度,通过画面中目标车辆位置与车道线端点位置计算目标相对于地面的绝对位移;实用消失点的方法将对图像进行标定,将像素位置转换为世界坐标的位置,最后通过帧率获得时间,并通过时间‑位移曲线的斜率计算目标速度。本发明属于后期测速过程,计算过程不需要摄像机的任何信息,只通过图像中路面的车道线等标记物进行计算,可以应用于对未安装测速功能的车载摄像机拍摄视频进行测速,适用范围广,测量精度高,操作灵活、方便。
