The invention relates to the technical field of transportation devices, in particular to an unloading mechanism of an indoor equipment carrying forklift and the carrying forklift. The unloading mechanism comprises an unloading bearing part capable of being in sliding fit with a forklift shovel in the vertical direction, a roller is installed on the upper surface of the unloading bearing part, and the upper surface of the unloading bearing part comprises a horizontal platform and a declining platform capable of being in smooth connection with the horizontal platform; in the sliding process of the unloading bearing piece, the horizontal platform has the unloading state and the goods conveying state which are located above and below the bearing face of the forklift shovel correspondingly. According to the method, indoor equipment unloading can be carried out without cooperation of multiple persons, and the convenience of indoor equipment unloading is improved.
