The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent auxiliary driving, in particular to a vehicle anti-collision method and device and electronic equipment, and aims to solve the problem of how to improve driving safety. The method comprises the following steps: determining a distance variation based on a difference value between a transverse distance of a first vehicle at a target moment and a transverse distance at a current moment; determining longitudinal driving time based on the second driving speed, the longitudinal distance and the first driving speed of the first vehicle at the current moment; and under the condition that the distance variation is equal to a first threshold value and the longitudinal driving time is smaller than a time threshold value, generating an avoidance track based on the reserved safety distance, the center distance between the center of the first vehicle and the center of the lane where the target vehicle is located currently, the vehicle body length of the target vehicle and the transverse acceleration of the first vehicle at the current moment.
