The invention discloses a virtual power plant optimization operation method for aggregating electric vehicles and carbon capture. The method comprises the following steps: S1, simulating a user charging load by analyzing an electric vehicle user behavior, and proposing a virtual power plant operation strategy; s2, with the peak-valley difference rate and the virtual power plant income as targets, wind power and photovoltaic output and the discharge capacity of the electric vehicle are cleared to be sold in the current market, and a gas turbine is used for bearing the basic load, the wind-solar prediction deviation and the charging demand of the electric vehicle; s3, considering the seasonal property of wind power and photovoltaic output, avoiding prediction deviation penalty through compensation, utilizing a chaos theory to integrate empirical mode decomposition peak frequency bands and a GA to optimize a back-propagation neural network BP, namely, GABP, performing seasonal prediction on the peak frequency bands, and then adopting a carbon capture system to reduce carbon emission and participate in carbon market transaction; and S4, comparing and simulating ordered and unordered charging and discharging through examples, and verifying the effectiveness and practicability of the strategy.
本发明公开了聚合电动汽车与碳捕集的虚拟电厂优化运营方法。步骤包括:S1.通过分析电动汽车用户行为,模拟用户充电负荷,提出虚拟电厂运营策略;S2.以峰谷差率和虚拟电厂收益为目标,将风电、光伏出力与电动汽车的放电量清算到日前市场出售,使用燃气轮机承担基础负荷、风光预测偏差和电动汽车充电需求;S3.考虑到风电和光伏出力的季节性,通过补偿来避免预测偏差惩罚,利用混沌理论集合经验模态分解峰值频段和GA优化反向传播神经网络BP即:GABP,对其做季节性的预测,其次采用碳捕集系统减少碳排放,参与碳市场交易;S4.最后通过算例对有序和无序充放电对比仿真,验证了所提策略的有效性和实用性。
