The invention provides a fuel cell purging method and device and a vehicle, a purging system comprises a first pipeline, a second pipeline, an air compressor, an intercooler, a humidifier and a tail discharge pipe, the humidifier is connected with the tail discharge pipe through the second pipeline, the first pipeline is connected with the intercooler through the first pipeline, the first pipeline is provided with a first bypass valve, and the second pipeline is provided with a second bypass valve; the first bypass valve is normally closed, the air compressor is used for blowing air into the intercooler, and the method comprises the steps that when the fuel cell is in a shutdown state, the environment temperature is obtained; under the condition that the environment temperature is smaller than a first threshold value, a first bypass valve is opened, an air compressor is started, and dry air is discharged through an intercooler, a first pipeline, a second pipeline and a tail discharge pipe so as to purge the tail discharge pipe; and under the condition that the air compressor is started for a preset duration, the first bypass valve is closed, and the air compressor is closed. The method solves the problem that in the prior art, blowing control is carried out according to the conventional working condition, and the part blowing requirement in the abnormal environment cannot be met.
