The invention discloses a purging device, a fuel cell module and a vehicle, and solves the technical problem that gas purging is not easy to carry out on an integrally packaged fuel cell module at present. The purging device comprises an insulation supporting assembly, and the insulation supporting assembly makes contact with all parts of the electric pile and the shell and can support the side face of the electric pile and resist slippage between electric pile layers. A cavity is defined by every two adjacent insulating supporting pieces in the insulating supporting assembly, the shell and the electric pile, each insulating supporting piece is provided with a purging channel used for communicating every two adjacent cavities, and the multiple cavities are sequentially communicated through the purging channels, so that purging airflow can conveniently flow to all areas of an annular space between the electric pile and the shell; and gas circulation is realized. The shell is provided with a purging inlet, a purging outlet and a water outlet which are communicated with the cavity, and external purging gas enters a space between a galvanic pile of the fuel cell and the shell from the purging inlet to take away water vapor generated by working of the galvanic pile or condensate water generated by temperature change.
本申请公开了一种吹扫装置、燃料电池模块以及车辆,解决目前采用整体封装的燃料电池模块不易进行气体吹扫的技术问题。吹扫装置包括绝缘支撑组件,绝缘支撑组件与电堆的各个部件以及壳体均接触,能够对电堆的侧面进行支撑,抵抗电堆层间滑移。绝缘支撑组件中相邻两个绝缘支撑件与壳体以及电堆合围成空腔,绝缘支撑件上设有用于连通相邻两个空腔的吹扫通道,通过设置吹扫通道使得多个空腔依次连通,便于吹扫气流流通至电堆与壳体之间环形空间的各个区域,实现气体流通。壳体上设有与空腔连通的吹扫入口、吹扫出口和排水口,外界的吹扫气体从吹扫入口进入燃料电池的电堆与壳体之间,带走电堆工作产生的水汽或者温度变化生成的冷凝水。
