The invention relates to a vehicle, a fuel cell thermal management system and a control method thereof, and the system comprises a switch assembly, each switch state corresponds to the current working mode of the thermal management system; the electric pile cooling assembly and the heating assembly are connected with the switch assembly; in the independent working mode, the control switch assembly is in a first switch state so as to cool a galvanic pile through the galvanic pile cooling assembly and/or control the galvanic pile cooling assembly to perform deionization operation according to deionization requirements, and heat a passenger compartment and/or heat a battery pack through the heating assembly; and in the auxiliary heating mode or the waste heat utilization mode, the switch assembly is controlled to be in a second switch state, so that the passenger compartment is heated and/or the battery pack is heated through the heating assembly. Therefore, the problems that in the prior art, the heat utilization rate is low, the local conductivity is high due to ion dissolution, and large risks exist are solved, the heat utilization rate of the vehicle is increased, the deionization function can be operated according to needs, and the phenomenon that the ion exchanger fails due to the too high temperature is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种车辆、燃料电池热管理系统及其控制方法,包括:开关组件,每种开关状态与热管理系统的当前工作模式相对应;与开关组件相连的电堆冷却组件和加热组件;在独立工作模式时,控制开关组件处于第一开关状态,以通过电堆冷却组件冷却电堆和/或根据去离子需求控制所述电堆冷却组件进行去离子操作,并通过加热组件为乘员舱采暖和/或加热电池包;在辅助加热模式或余热利用模式时,控制开关组件处于第二开关状态,以通过加热组件为乘员舱采暖和/或加热电池包。由此,解决了相关技术中热量利用率较低,且离子溶出导致局部电导率很高,存在较大风险的问题,提升了车辆热量利用率,且能按需运行去离子功能,避免温度过高造成离子交换器失效。
