The invention discloses a fuel cell vehicle integrated thermal management system and a control method thereof. The system comprises a fuel cell thermal management loop, a power cell thermal managementloop, a motor thermal management loop and a passenger compartment thermal management loop. The fuel cell thermal management loop comprises a fuel cell, a radiator, a water pump, an expansion water tank, a temperature sensor and a three-way valve; the power cell thermal management loop comprises a power cell, a radiator, a water pump, an expansion water tank, a temperature sensor and a three-way valve; the invention further discloses a control method of the system. Firstly, the operation condition of the whole vehicle is judged through the environment temperature, then the opening and closingstates of the three-way valves of all the loops are comprehensively judged according to the temperature of all the loops, and therefore efficient heat utilization of whole vehicle integrated thermal management is achieved. The control mode is simple, the structure is compact, and the energy utilization rate and economy of a fuel cell vehicle are improved.

    本发明公开了一种燃料电池汽车集成热管理系统及其控制方法,该系统包括燃料电池热管理回路、动力电池热管理回路、电机热管理回路和乘员舱热管理回路。燃料电池热管理回路包括燃料电池、散热器、水泵、膨胀水箱、温度传感器和三通阀;动力电池热管理回路包括动力电池、散热器、水泵、膨胀水箱、温度传感器和三通阀;本发明还公开了上述系统的控制方法。首先通过环境温度判断整车的运行条件,然后根据各回路的温度来综合判断此时各回路三通阀的开闭状态,从而实现整车集成热管理的热量高效利用。本发明控制方式简单,结构紧凑,有利于提高燃料电池汽车的能量利用率和经济性。
