The invention discloses an urban frequently-congested road section treatment method and system based on reservation travel, belongs to the field of urban traffic management and control, and aims at solving the problem that the urban frequently-congested road section treatment method and system based on the traffic network balance theory by considering the heterogeneity of user time value, fusing the generalized cost of travel time and travel cost and the influence of transfer of multiple traffic modes. Establishing a multi-user, multi-criterion and multi-mode traffic mode division and traffic distribution combination model; the model is further expanded to a variational inequality model with an inseparable road segment impedance function, and the model is solved by using a self-adaptive averaging method; for travelers, the travel time of individuals can be arranged in advance through appointment, the travel path is scientifically selected, and the travel mode is reasonably selected, so that the congestion loss is reduced to the greatest extent. For managers, the reservation travel mode can promote demand-centered urban traffic services and traffic operation organizations to configure on demand, adjust demands by resource constraints, relieve congestion and realize maximum intensive utilization of resources.

    本发明公开了一种基于预约出行的城市常发性拥堵路段治理方法及系统,属于城市交通管理与控制领域,基于交通网络均衡理论,考虑用户时间价值的异质性、融合出行时间和出行费用的广义成本以及多种交通方式换乘的影响,建立一个多用户、多准则、多模式交通方式划分和交通分配组合模型;将其进一步扩展到路段阻抗函数不可分离的变分不等式模型,并利用自适应平均法求解该模型;对出行者而言,可通过预约提前安排个体的出行时间,科学选择出行路径,合理选择出行方式,从而最大限度地减少拥堵损失。对管理者而言,预约出行模式可推动以需求为中心的城市交通服务,交通运营组织按需配置,以资源约束调节需求,缓解拥堵,实现资源最大化集约利用。
