The invention relates to a multi-source data fusion urban congested road section multi-mode travel induction method. The method comprises the following steps: determining a to-be-induced diversion road section and a required traffic volume based on multi-source data; determining an inducible diversion traffic volume based on the determined to-be-induced diversion road section and the required traffic volume; determining a multi-mode induced shunting scheme according to the inducible shunting traffic volume; and determining a reward value and an issuing condition of each mode-induced shunting scheme. A multi-source data fusion method is combined with Gaode road condition data, automatic license plate recognition data, bus card swiping data and parking lot data to recognize and cluster congested road sections of urban expressways, and standards of differentiated induction and diversion schemes are provided for to-be-induced object vehicles. Dynamic balance of supply and demand of the urban expressways and the urban roads can be promoted, and the problem of congestion of the urban roads in the peak period is remarkably relieved while the individual travel time cost is shortened.

    本发明涉及一种多源数据融合城市拥堵路段多模式出行诱导方法,包括基于多源数据确定拟诱导分流路段与需求交通量;基于确定的拟诱导分流路段与需求交通量确定可诱导分流交通量;根据可诱导分流交通量确定多模式诱导分流方案;确定每种模式诱导分流方案的奖励值及发放条件。通过多源数据融合的方法结合高德路况数据、自动车牌识别数据、公交刷卡数据及停车场数据,对城市快速路的拥堵路段进行识别并聚类,对拟诱导对象车辆提供了差异化诱导分流方案的标准,可促进城市快速路和城市道路的供需动态平衡,在缩短个人出行时间成本的同时显著缓解了城市道路高峰期拥堵的问题。
