The invention relates to the technical field of road moving source emission estimation, and discloses an emission estimation model updating method with robustness, which comprises the following steps of: constructing a labeled data set based on a labeled monitoring sample and a corresponding emission label, constructing a plurality of sub-models based on a labeled data set and an original emission estimation model trained on the labeled data set and used for emission estimation; solving an optimal sub-model by adopting a cross optimization method; selecting a key monitoring sample based on the estimated difference of the maximum branch sub-model, and carrying out manual labeling to obtain a plurality of labeled monitoring samples; on the basis of the newly obtained multiple labeled monitoring samples, a maximum correlation entropy criterion is introduced to deal with the problem that part of labels are not reliable, and emission estimation model updating with robustness is achieved. In order to solve the problem of high annotation data acquisition cost, the method realizes establishment of an update emission estimation model based on few sample annotations through selection of key samples.
本发明涉及道路移动源排放估计技术领域,公开了一种具有鲁棒性的排放估计模型更新方法,包括:基于标注监测样本和对应的排放标签构建有标签数据集,基于有标签数据集和在所述有标签数据集上训练的用于进行排放估计的原始排放估计模型,构造多个子模型;采用交叉优化方法求解最优子模型;基于最大分歧子模型的估计差异选取关键监测样本,并进行人工标注,得到多个有标注监测样本;基于新得到的多个有标注监测样本,引入最大相关熵准则应对部分标注不可靠的问题,实现有鲁棒性的排放估计模型更新。针对标注数据获取成本高昂的问题,本发明通过关键样本的选取,实现基于少量样本标注的更新排放估计模型建立。
