According to the crane variable-amplitude debugging hydraulic system, in the variable-amplitude descending process, reversing is conducted through the reversing valve, so that hydraulic oil of the oil pump main oil way flows to the second oil way through the reversing valve, and meanwhile the flow of the hydraulic oil flowing into the second oil way is adjusted through the reversing valve; the pressure relief oil way is adjusted to control the pressure distributed to the reversing valve by the oil pump main oil way, and then the pressure flowing out of the reversing valve to the second oil way is controlled, so that the opening degree of the balance valve is controlled through the branch oil way connected with the second oil way, and the opening degree of the balance valve is matched with the flow of hydraulic oil flowing out of the balance valve in the oil cylinder; and stable descending is achieved, the oil way design structure is simple, and control is accurate.
本发明提供一种起重机变幅调试液压系统,在变幅下降过程中,通过换向阀进行换向,使得油泵主油路的液压油通过换向阀流向第二油路,同时通过换向阀调节流入第二油路的液压油流量,由于卸压油路与油泵主油路连接,通过调节卸压油路来控制油泵主油路分给换向阀的压力,进而控制从换向阀流出至第二油路的压力,从而通过与第二油路连接的分油路控制平衡阀的开度,使得平衡阀的开度与油缸内的液压油通过平衡阀流出的流量相匹配,最后经过第一油路流回油箱,实现平稳下降,油路设计结构简单且控制准确。
