The invention discloses an intelligent travelling crane system and a building machine, which are used in the field of prefabricated building construction, and the intelligent travelling crane system comprises an intelligent travelling crane and a data driving system; a track of the intelligent travelling crane is mounted on the building machine supporting structure, and the hoisting range covers the whole construction area; the data driving system comprises a component information base, a BIM data management and control system, a digital twinborn simulation system, a component scheduling system and an intelligent driving management and control system, and automatic and accurate lifting, lifting process pre-simulation, danger alarm and intelligent scheduling can be achieved. The intelligent travelling crane system comprises the intelligent travelling crane and the data driving system, and lifting of the intelligent travelling crane is driven by the data driving system and does not depend on site constructors any more; the optimal path conveying can be realized, and the efficiency is improved; component scheduling is automatically carried out, the logistics state is tracked, the digitization degree is high, and data are clear and can be checked; and the traveling crane maintenance time is judged through accumulated data, accurate maintenance is achieved, and the equipment safety is improved.

    本发明公开一种智能行车系统及造楼机,用于装配式建筑施工领域,该智能行车系统包括智能行车和数据驱动系统;智能行车的轨道安装在造楼机支撑结构上,吊装范围覆盖整个施工区域;数据驱动系统包括构件信息库、BIM数据管控系统、数字孪生仿真系统、构件调度系统和智能行车管控系统,可实现吊运自动化精准起落,吊运过程预先模拟,危险报警和智能调度。本发明的智能行车系统包括智能行车和数据驱动系统,智能行车吊运由数据驱动系统驱动,不再依赖现场施工人员;可以实现最优化路径运送,提高效率;构件调度自动进行,对物流状态进行跟踪,数字化程度高,数据清楚可查;通过累计数据判断行车维护保养时机,精准维护,提高设备安全性。
