The sides, away from each other, of the two internal panels are rotationally connected with a middle panel, and a plurality of first straight sliding grooves are formed in the middle panel. The barrel-shaped object is fixed in an internal and external simultaneous jacking mode, compared with a traditional mode of fixing the barrel-shaped object through a hook, the fixing stability is higher, and deformation of the barrel-shaped object in the lifting process can be prevented; in the using process, the movement distance of the inner clamping block and the outer clamping block can be automatically adjusted according to different inner diameters and thicknesses of the cylindrical objects, and the practicability of the device is further improved.
