The invention discloses an angle-adjustable hoisting support for a quadrangular pyramid photovoltaic panel net rack and a mounting method of the angle-adjustable hoisting support. The angle-adjustable hoisting support comprises a hoisting support main body and winch equipment, the hoisting support main body comprises four single-truss hanging brackets and four support connecting nodes, and the four single-truss hanging brackets are sequentially connected end to end; the four support connecting nodes are connected with lower hanging belts and upper hanging rings. The mounting method comprises the following steps: 1) assembling the adjustable hoisting bracket; (2) the adjustable hoisting support is connected with a photovoltaic net rack and hoisting equipment of a sea lift vessel through a hoisting belt; 3) hoisting the photovoltaic grid and performing inclination adjustment in the air; and 4) finishing the falling of the photovoltaic net rack, resetting the adjustable hanging bracket, and carrying out disassembly and assembly. By adopting the hoisting support, hoisting installation of the photovoltaic net rack can be facilitated, the installation angle of the photovoltaic net rack can be adjusted in the air through cooperation of winch equipment and the hoisting support, the adjusted angle of the photovoltaic net rack meets the requirement for the installation angle of a photovoltaic panel, the photoelectric conversion efficiency is improved, and overall assembly and disassembly are convenient.

    本发明公开了一种四角锥光伏板网架角度可调节吊装支架及其安装方法,包括吊装支架主体和卷扬机设备;吊装支架主体包括四个单榀吊架和四个支架连接节点,四个单榀吊架依次首尾相连;四个支架连接节点上均连接有下吊带和上吊环。安装方法包括如下步骤:1)可调节吊装支架组装;2)通过吊带将可调节吊装支架与光伏网架、海吊船的起重设备连接;3)起吊光伏网架并在空中进行倾斜调节;4)光伏网架落位完成,再将可调节吊架复位并进行拆装。采用该吊装支架可以方便光伏网架的吊装安装,且通过卷扬机设备配合吊装支架可以在空中调整光伏网架的安装角度,使得光伏网架调节后的角度满足光伏板安装角度的需求,提高光电转化效率,整体组装拆卸方便。
