The invention discloses an angle-adjustable lifting device and method. The lifting device comprising a lifting ring, a positioning rod, a lifting hook and a nut is designed for cross beam parts. The lifting ring comprises at least one sleeving hole and a plurality of adjusting holes, the lifting ring is connected to the outer side of a to-be-lifted part in a sleeving mode through the sleeving hole, the minimum inner diameter of the sleeving hole is larger than the maximum outer diameter of the to-be-lifted part, and the adjusting holes are distributed in a closed curve on the outer side of the sleeving hole. A part of the positioning rod is inserted into the adjusting hole of the hanging ring, the tail end of the positioning rod further comprises an external thread section with the outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the adjusting hole, and the nut is connected with the external thread section on the positioning rod. When the cross beam part is subjected to chromic acid anodizing, the hanging ring, the positioning rod and the nut are assembled on the cross beam part firstly, then the cross beam part is inserted into the adjusting holes in different positions through cooperation of a hoisting instrument and a lifting hook at intervals, the cross beam part is hoisted and turned over, and bubbles in the cross beam part are discharged. The method is easy to operate, bubbles generated by chromic acid anodizing can be discharged in time, and normal generation of an oxidation film is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种角度可调的吊装装置及方法,针对横梁零件设计了包括吊圈、定位杆、吊钩和螺母的吊装装置。吊圈上包含至少一个套接孔和多个调整孔,吊圈通过套接孔套接在待吊装零件的外侧,套接孔的最小内径大于待吊装零件的最大外径,多个调整孔分布在套接孔外侧的一条闭合曲线上。定位杆的一部分插接在吊圈的调整孔内,定位杆的末端还包括一段外径小于调整孔内径的外螺纹段,螺母与定位杆上的外螺纹段连接。当横梁零件进行铬酸阳极化时,先将吊圈、定位杆和螺母装配在横梁零件上,然后间隔一段时间通过起重器械配合吊钩插入不同位置的调整孔,起吊翻转横梁零件,排出内部的气泡。本发明操作简单,能够及时排出铬酸阳极化生成的气泡,保证氧化膜的正常生成。
