The invention discloses a device and a method for hoisting and transferring batch concrete precast slabs, and relates to a hoisting and transferring device and a hoisting and transferring method. The problems that batched concrete prefabricated slabs are prone to being damaged during hoisting and transferring, the labor intensity is large, and the transferring efficiency is low are solved. During hoisting and transferring, the direction of the fixed cross beam is controlled through a hydraulic motor, a piston rod of a first hydraulic cylinder extends out, and an arc-shaped clamping plate clamps a prefabricated slab; a lifting arm of the loading machine ascends to hoist the prefabricated slab; a piston rod of the second hydraulic cylinder extends out, so that the prefabricated slabs are relatively far away, and a partition plate between every two adjacent prefabricated slabs falls off to the ground; the loader travels to transfer a plurality of prefabricated slabs in a single mold to a curing position; by means of the device, the disassembling efficiency of the partition plate can be improved, the integrity of the prefabricated plate is guaranteed, the safety of workers in the disassembling process can be improved, and meanwhile the labor intensity of the workers is greatly reduced. The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete slab hoisting devices and hoisting methods.

    一种用于批量混凝土预制板吊装转运的装置及方法,它涉及一种吊装转运的装置及方法。本发明为了解决批量的混凝土预制板在吊装转运时易破损、劳动强度大且转运效率低的问题。本发明在进行吊装转运时通过液压马达控制固定横梁的方向,第一液压缸的活塞杆伸出,弧形夹板将预制板夹紧;装载机的提升臂上升将预制板吊起;第二液压缸的活塞杆伸出,使各预制板相对远离,相邻两张预制板之间的分隔板脱落至地面;装载机行驶将单个模具内的若干块预制板转运至养生处;使用本发明能够提高分隔板的拆卸效率,且保证预制板的完整性,也有利于提高工人在拆卸过程中的安全性,同时也大大降低了人工的劳动强度。本发明属于混凝土板吊运装置和吊运方法技术领域。
