The invention relates to a concrete prefabricated box girder hoisting device which is characterized in that four sliding holes are formed in the top of a sliding plate on a prefabricated box girder, clamping blocks used for clamping the box girder are fixedly connected to the inner sides of connecting rods in the sliding holes, and the outer walls of the connecting rods are slidably sleeved with clamping blocks; four third lifting rings are arranged at the bottom of the mounting plate, second lifting rings are arranged at the tops of the connecting rods, the second lifting rings are connected with the corresponding third lifting rings through steel wire ropes, and first lifting rings used for being connected with lifting hooks are arranged at the top of the mounting plate; an insertion rod is fixedly connected to the inner side of the extension block on one side, a rotating rod is rotationally connected to the inner wall of the other extension block, and an insertion hole is formed in one end of the rotating rod; the limiting mechanism is arranged on the sliding plate and drives the connecting rods on the two sides to be away from each other when put down, and the connecting rods are separated from the box girder conveniently. The adjusting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the mounting plate and used for adjusting inclination and balance of the box girder, so that adjustment is convenient; the problems that an existing concrete prefabricated box girder hoisting device is difficult to mount and dismount and inconvenient to use are solved.

    本发明涉及一种混凝土预制箱梁吊装装置,预制箱梁上滑动板的顶部开设有四个滑动孔,滑动孔内连接杆的内侧固定连接有用于夹持箱梁的卡块,连接杆的外壁滑动套设有夹块;安装板的底部设有四个第三吊环,连接杆的顶部设有第二吊环,第二吊环与相对应的第三吊环通过钢丝绳连接,安装板的顶部设有用于与吊钩连接的第一吊环;一侧的延伸块内侧固定连接有插杆,另一个延伸块的内壁转动连接有转动杆,转动杆的一端开设有插孔;限位机构设置在滑动板上放下时带动两侧的连接杆相互远离,便于连接杆脱离箱梁;调节机构设置在安装板的底部用于调节箱梁倾斜以及平衡,使其调节方便;解决现有混凝土预制箱梁吊装装置安装拆除困难,使用不方便的问题。
