The invention provides a hinged bogie. The hinged bogie comprises a framework, a wheel set axle box assembly, a swing bolster, a three-ring slewing bearing device, a connecting arm, a primary suspension device and a secondary suspension device. The framework is formed by connecting side beams and cross beams, wheel set axle box assemblies are arranged at the two ends of the side beams through primary suspension devices, and swing bolsters are arranged above the cross beams through secondary suspension devices; the top of the swing bolster is provided with a three-ring slewing bearing device, the three-ring slewing bearing device comprises an outer ring, a middle ring and an inner ring, the lower bottom face of the middle ring is connected to the swing bolster, and the symmetrical structures of the connecting arms are connected with the outer ring and the inner ring respectively and used for connecting the bogie with a front compartment and a rear compartment. The invention further provides a train marshalling method that the bogie is arranged at the joint of the carriages, the rotation freedom degree of the carriages and the bogie is guaranteed, power distribution can be flexibly selected, a small-radius curve route can be passed, the occupied space is small, the load weight is light, and the operation and use requirements of the train can be better met.
