The method comprises the steps that an automatic parking starting instruction of a user and a target parking space are received, and a to-be-parked vehicle is controlled to stop running; determining an automatic parking route of the to-be-parked vehicle based on the current position of the to-be-parked vehicle, the target parking space, a pre-trained image recognition processing model and a visual sensor calibration algorithm; according to the automatic parking route, the vehicle to be parked is controlled to run, and the running direction and the steering direction are obtained; according to the driving direction and the steering direction, target image acquisition equipment of the read to-be-parked vehicle is determined, and image data acquired by the target image acquisition equipment is read; and according to the image data, an image recognition processing model and a visual sensor calibration algorithm, recognizing a dynamic obstacle in the automatic parking route. By adopting the method, the obstacle identification can be performed while the calculation load and the resource consumption are reduced, and the automatic parking safety is ensured.
