The invention relates to a universal full-decoupling electric control brake assisting system and method, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle brake systems. Comprising a simulation cylinder first piston component, a simulation cylinder second piston component, a valve block, a simulation cylinder, a simulator piston, a simulator load, a pressure cylinder, a pressure cylinder second piston component, a pressure cylinder first piston component, a transmission mechanism, an angle sensor, a motor, a controller, a first flow channel, a second flow channel and a third flow channel. The system has the advantages that by collecting signals of the displacement sensor and the hydraulic sensor, rotation of the motor component is controlled by a program to drive the pressure cylinder assembly to build pressure, and the control system forms boosting pressure braking. A motor is used for directly pushing a pressure cylinder piston, and the pressure cylinder piston pushes brake fluid to form brake pressure. The system is characterized in that drive-by-wire brake is adopted, logic intercommunication with downstream ESC/ABS is achieved, functional applications such as active collision avoidance, self-adaptive cruise and intelligent driving can be achieved, and the system is the trend of future service brake system development.

    本发明涉及一种通用全解耦电控制动助力系统及方法,属于车辆制动系统技术领域。包括模拟缸第一活塞部件、模拟缸第二活塞部件、阀体块、模拟缸、模拟器活塞、模拟器负载、增压缸、增压缸第二活塞部件、增压缸第一活塞部件、传动机构、角度传感器、电机、控制器、流道一、流道二和流道三。优点是通过采集位移传感器、液压传感器信号,由程序控制电机部件的转动带动增压缸总成建压,达到控制系统形成助力增压制动。使用电机直接推动增压缸活塞,增压缸活塞推动制动液形成制动压力。本系统的特点是采用线控制动,与下游的ESC/ABS逻辑互通,能够实现主动避撞、自适应巡航、智能驾驶等功能应用,是未来行车制动系统发展的趋势。
