The invention discloses a road traffic control delay estimation method for a signalized intersection, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring license plate data of vehicles passing through a specified signalized intersection in a specified signal period in a specified flow direction, and extracting an arrival moment and a departure moment of each vehicle; based on the arrival time and the departure time, determining single vehicle cycle travel time when each vehicle passes through the specified signal intersection; calculating period non-stop passing time; based on the bicycle cycle travel time and the cycle non-stop passing time, cycle bicycle control delay of each bicycle is calculated; and averaging all the periodic bicycle control delays to obtain the periodic bicycle average control delay. The invention provides a road traffic control delay estimation method for a signalized intersection, so as to solve the problem that the analysis of road traffic control delay mostly stays at a theoretical stage and is difficult to apply practically in the prior art, improve the estimation accuracy of the control delay and complete the estimation of the periodic control delay.

    本发明公开了一种信号交叉口的道路交通控制延误估计方法,包括采集在指定流向下、在指定信号周期内、通过指定信号交叉口的车辆的车牌数据,提取每辆车辆的到达时刻、离开时刻;基于所述到达时刻、离开时刻,确定每辆车辆在通过指定信号交叉口时的单车周期行程时间;计算周期不停车通过时间;基于单车周期行程时间与周期不停车通过时间,计算每辆车辆的周期单车控制延误;对所有的周期单车控制延误取均值,得到周期车均控制延误。本发明提供一种信号交叉口的道路交通控制延误估计方法,以解决现有技术中对道路交通控制延误的分析大都停留在理论阶段、难以实际运用的问题,提高控制延误的估计准确性、完成周期级的控制延误估计的目的。
