The method comprises the following steps: setting a synchronization signal waiting time parameter; when the spacecraft buffer airbag reaches the airbag inflation discrimination height, sending an airbag inflation instruction according to the synchronization signal waiting time parameter; when the overload information reaches a preset threshold value, it is judged that the reentry capsule lands; the posture of the return capsule is judged, and if the quadrant III faces forwards, an exhaust mode with the quadrant III facing forwards is started; if the quadrant I faces forwards, entering an I-quadrant forward exhaust mode; if the posture is not judged out after the preset time, all the air bags are controlled to be exhausted at the same time, and exhausting is finished. According to the invention, the problem of non-synchronization of air bag inflation instructions caused by inter-board difference of a redundancy control system can be solved.
